FEED Engineering
FEED (Front End Engineering Design) means Basic Engineering which is conducted after completion of Conceptual Design or Feasibility Study. At this stage, before start of EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction), various studies take place to figure out technical issues and estimate rough investment cost. This work is normally contracted to EPC contractors such as Chiyoda, as an optional contract or through bidding. The product of the activity is called “FEED Package” which amounts up to dozens of files and will be the basis of bidding for EPC Contract.
Project Execution Plan
We prepare project execution plan (PEP) to define specific target goals of your projects as well as how and when the team intends to accomplish them.
Specifications & Standards
We prepare specifications and standards of your projects that convey your requirements to suppliers to allow the product or service to be designed, engineered, produced, or operated by means of conventional or stipulated equipment, techniques, and technology.
Process & Instrumentation Drawings (P&ID)
We prepare process and instrumentation diagrams of your process plant based on selected process solution in order to suppliers to develop their proposal in expected way.
Line & Equipment Lists
We prepare line and equipment lists which are documents or databases used to allow process and mechanical engineering teams to communicate when designing piping in a plant or facility.
3D Modelling
During FEED, we prepare 3D models of your process plant in different level of details (LOD, eg. LOD100, LOD200, LOD300) in order to have ability to overview the selected solution of process.
HAZOP & SIL Reports
We prapare Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) and Safety Integrity Level (SIL) reports in order suppliers to consider the safer setups for their solutions to be proposed.
